Clinic appointments for both clinic locations may be scheduled by calling our audiology clinic coordinator at 913-588-5730 (711 TTY). Fluent in both English and Spanish, Maria Moreno will be happy to provide additional information or answer any questions you might have. She may also be reached by e-mail: audiology@kumc.edu.

Information for Clients

The day of your appointment, please bring any necessary insurance or referral forms to the clinic. We ask first-time patients to please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to complete paperwork. Most major health insurance is accepted, along with Medicare and Medicaid. Interpreter services and sign language services are available upon request. Other accommodations, including wheelchairs, are also available upon request. Sorry, our clinics cannot accept walk-ins; an appointment in advance is necessary.
